From East- Head west on Montauk Highway, to Hampton Road- you will pass the Princess Diner- continue west 3 traffic lights, you will see a green “Hospital” sign – make a left at that light. You are now on Old Towne Road. Go to the stop sign and make a left onto Meeting House Lane. Turn left into complex of Old Towne Medical Village. We are in the 2-story building in the front of the complex- Building #1 #325 Suite D.
From West- Take Sunrise Highway to County Road 39- then to Hampton Road (Southampton Buick GMC car dealership directly in front of you). At that intersection stay right on to Hampton Road. Once on Hampton Road at the first traffic light turn left on to Old Towne Road. Turn left into complex of Old Towne Medical Village. We are in the 2-story building in the front of the complex- Building #1 #325 Suite D.
