From East- Head west on Montauk Highway, to Hampton Road- you will pass the Princess Diner- continue west 3 traffic lights, you will see a green “Hospital” sign – make a left at that light. You are now on Old Towne Road. Go to the stop sign and make a left onto Meeting House Lane. Turn left into complex of Old Towne Medical Village. We are in the 2-story building in the front of the complex- Building #1 #325 Suite D.
From West- Take Sunrise Highway to County Road 39- then to Hampton Road (Southampton Buick GMC car dealership directly in front of you). At that intersection stay right on to Hampton Road.
